Courtyard Garden - Skipton

A compact courtyard garden transformation in Skipton, creating a practical, private and low maintenance outdoor space from a tired concrete yard.

Attention to drainage and preparation before the area was paved using natural sand stone, bringing warmth and character to the enclosed space while complementing the traditional stone property.

A new 6ft feather edge fence was installed with a bespoke matching gate to improve privacy and security, with careful detailing around the existing boundaries to restrict access.

Although modest in size, the project demonstrates how thoughtful landscaping and quality materials can completely change the feel and usability of a small garden.
